Utility Bill Direct Payment

The Direct Payment option allows utility customers to pay their monthly bills automatically by having the payment amount electronically debited from their checking or savings accounts. Payment is deducted from the account on the 20th day of each month.

With Direct Payment, only authorized amounts (i.e. the amount of the monthly bill) may be deducted from customers’ accounts. In addition, customers have the right to stop payment by notifying the City of Dilworth no less than ten (10) days prior to the payment date or by the 10th day of the month.
